前兩天跟格友小美女閒聊中,


                                                   我教她一道老媽教我的家常料理,簡單友好粗啦!


                                            她說她公恭連喝三碗喔;沒想到簡單的料理還讓老人家喜歡,


                                                       於是今晚就現煮了一鍋香菇雞~


                                                      我家老公也說超去寒~捧場3碗喔!


                                    作法超簡單~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~


                                         


                                           


                                             新鮮烏骨雞.土雞.肉雞都可(傳統市場現買的溫體雞.


                                                  超市買的冷凍過味道較差/半隻.看家裏人數決定)


                              老薑.嫩薑.大朵香菇切片/米酒/鹽(千萬不要加味精或高鮮味道舊粉甜啦)


                        煮一鍋清水將雞肉血水川燙過撈起來放入另一鍋煮好的滾燙熱水中


                                     先加入大朵香菇切片(亦可加白蘿蔔.湯更甜)


                                      等滾了放些米酒,繼續滾一下下再放薑片提鮮......


                                                        最後關火前放適量鹽巴


                                                       好啦!保證你喝它個2~3碗喔
